MetaShort's service is solely intended for the use by sophisticated investors, financial auditors, lawyers, journalists and other professionals in matters of financial markets at the age of at least 18 years old. The contributions available in MetaShort’s reports are for general information only and do not serve as advice in specific cases.Limited License
MetaShort grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our service in accordance with this agreement. The use of our reports after purchase in institutions or companies is limited to up to five individual users per license for digital and physical distributions in total. No printout or electronic version of any part of our content may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances, if not specifically granted by an additional agreement between you and MetaShort.Liability Limitation for Content and Information
MetaShort´s reporting make every effort to ensure that all information and data contained in MetaShort's content are correct and up to date in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
